4. Complete buyer’s due diligence (2-3 months)
5. Complete legal and Closing (1 month)

In this role, we represent you with the primary goal of facilitating a successful transaction with the prospective buyer(s) you’ve identified. Most prospective buyers come in the form of top level employees, local competition, family & friends, or industry buyers who have reached out to you.
This service is offered at a significantly reduced fee, and the transaction timeline is generally expedited, often taking approximately half the time of the standard process.
