Jacob specializes in guiding buyer negotiations and facilitating transactions from start to finish to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Hensay leads and performs all business valuations for Capstone Consulting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and brings extensive experience to his role.
Over the course of his career, Hensay has completed hundreds of valuations across a wide range of industries, giving him deep expertise in assessing business value.
Brent is a Fractional CFO at Capstone Consulting. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Indiana and works with growth-oriented businesses to provide financial modeling and forecasting.
Brent helps our ValuePath clients project future cash positions and build anticipated valuations, giving them the insight to plan strategically and make confident decisions.
Dana received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance and her Master’s in Professional Accounting from West Texas A&M University.
She has over 10 years of experience as a small business controller and in tax preparation at a CPA firm. Dana is the Lead Bookkeeper at Capstone’s sister company, Brazos Bookkeeping, and also provides accounting support at Capstone throughout the valuation and due diligence processes.
Tabby has over a decade of experience in accounting and payroll, gained while working in a CPA office.
She specializes in QuickBooks Desktop and Online. At Capstone, she provides bookkeeping support for our ValuePath clients and steps in during the selling process to address and resolve any bookkeeping issues that may arise.
